About Josh Gade

Born in Miami and raised in the Northeast, Josh Gade has always had a passion for helping people and creating exceptional experiences. After completing high school, Josh returned to Florida to attend the University of Central Florida, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management along with a second degree in French.

Following graduation, Josh moved to New York City, where he built a successful career in restaurant management. He led large-scale operations in Midtown Manhattan before advancing into general management roles, opening and operating multiple health-focused restaurant concepts across the city. His career later evolved into human resources and people support roles, allowing him to continue helping others while fostering healthier work-life balance within fast-paced environments.

Josh’s people-first mindset made real estate a natural next step upon his return to Miami in 2020. As an urban enthusiast, he is especially drawn to Brickell, where he currently lives and works. Josh specializes in residential sales within the neighborhood’s dynamic condominium market and is deeply committed to helping clients find spaces that truly fit their lifestyle in one of Miami’s most vibrant and evolving areas.

Outside of real estate, Josh enjoys exploring Miami through its diverse culinary scene, staying active at the gym, and attending Brickell Run Club every Tuesday night. When he’s not out and about, spending time with his beloved dog is always the highlight of his day.
