Gio’s passion for business and real estate began early, shaped by childhood memories of accompanying her mother to property showings and observing complex negotiations firsthand. She later studied at New York University and earned her real estate licenses in both Florida and New York at just 19 years old.

Outside of real estate, Gio enjoys spending time with her family and her pup, Luigi, reading and learning, going on long walks, capturing moments through her camera, and traveling to destinations that inspire her.
